Holli Rushing Caffey is the President and the license holder of Hardhat Construction, Inc. 12 years experience in Design, Construction Services, Construction Management and General Contracting. Holli's knowledge of commercial and residential construction is unmatched in the construction industry. Holli has progressed through the construction business from estimating, superintendent, project management, to the owner of a general contracting firm. Holli is a builder in the true sense.

Shannan Allen Rushing is the Secretary of Hardhat Construction, Inc. Shannan's duties include, but are not limited to: accounts payables, accounts receivables, bank reconciliation, customer relations.
